The reflective piping and printed detailing on OUTFLOW® garments are durable, but they're not indestructible — most of the damage that shortens a garment's life comes from heat, not time. Follow this guide and the piece will hold its shape and its shine for years, not months.
Washing
- Machine wash cold
- Wash inside out
- Wash with similar colors
- Use mild detergent
- Do not bleach
Drying & Ironing
Heat is the one real threat to reflective detailing. Tumble drying, direct ironing, and dry cleaning solvents can all dull or crack the reflective print over time — hang drying and avoiding direct heat on the graphics is the single habit that extends a piece's life the most.
- Do not tumble dry
- Hang dry
- Do not iron directly over reflective graphics
- Do not dry clean
To preserve the reflective piping and heat-transfer details, avoid high heat and harsh detergents.
