Where We Ship From

All OUTFLOW® orders are fulfilled and shipped from Canada.

Canada

Two shipping options are available at checkout:

• Express — 3–5 business days, CA$5 flat.
• Standard — 5–8 business days, free.

International

Orders outside Canada ship via DHL Express or FedEx. Shipping cost and estimated delivery time are calculated at checkout based on your destination, and are shown before you pay.

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes set by your country. Where supported, these are calculated and shown at checkout; otherwise they are collected on delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can also check your order status on our Track Order page.
