Where We Ship From

All OUTFLOW® orders are fulfilled and shipped from Canada.

Canada

Shipping depends on what is in your order:

• Complete tracksuit set — Standard is free (5–8 business days); Express is CA$5 (3–5 business days).
• Hoodie or pants on their own — Standard (5–8 business days) and Express (3–5 business days); the price is shown at checkout before you pay.

International

We ship to over 200 countries and regions. Orders outside Canada ship from Canada with a tracked international courier. You choose Standard or Express at checkout, and the shipping price for your region is shown before you pay. After dispatch, Standard typically takes 3–7 business days and Express 1–4 business days; local customs can add time.

In most countries, duties and import taxes are calculated at checkout and included in what you pay, so there is nothing to pay on delivery. In a small number of destinations, the carrier may collect import fees on delivery.

Prices on this website are shown in Canadian dollars. At checkout, most customers see and pay in their local currency.

We cannot ship to Russia, Belarus, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba, Afghanistan, Myanmar, Argentina, Turkey, Lebanon, Venezuela or Ukraine, or to other places where sanctions or carrier restrictions prevent delivery.
