Returns Policy
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. Customers in the European Union have a 14-day return window, in line with EU consumer protection law.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is free. There is no restocking fee.
Cancellations
EU customers may cancel an order any time before it ships. To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible — once an order has shipped, it falls under the return window above instead.
