Shipping
Shipping rates, carriers, and timelines for OUTFLOW® orders.
How much does shipping cost in Canada?
A complete tracksuit set ships free with Standard delivery (5–8 business days), or with Express (3–5 business days) for CA$5. For a hoodie or pants on their own, the shipping price is shown at checkout before you pay.
Do you ship outside Canada?
Yes — to over 200 countries and regions. International orders ship with a tracked international courier. You choose Standard or Express at checkout, and the shipping price for your region is shown before you pay. After dispatch, Standard typically takes 3–7 business days and Express 1–4 business days; local customs can add time.
Will I owe customs or duties on an international order?
In most countries, duties and import taxes are calculated and included at checkout, so there is nothing to pay on delivery. In a small number of destinations, the carrier may collect import fees on delivery.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. You can also look it up on the Track Order page.
