How to start a return or exchange with OUTFLOW®.
How long do I have to return something?
30 days from delivery. If you're in the EU, you have 14 days, in line with EU consumer protection law.
Does it cost anything to return an item?
No — return shipping is free and there's no restocking fee.
Can I cancel my order?
If you're in the EU, you can cancel any time before your order ships. Outside the EU, email us as soon as possible after ordering and we'll do our best to catch it before it ships.
How do I actually start a return?
Email support@outflowofficial.com with your order number and what you'd like to return. We'll reply with next steps.
When do I get my money back?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we refund the full item price to your original payment method. See the Refund Policy for details.
